These Terms govern your use of ttttt.ai, including the web dashboard, admin surfaces, API gateway, billing features, and related support channels. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the activity under your credentials, and the lawful management of your organization members and API keys. Keep credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

ttttt.ai provides AI request routing, usage metering, organization-level billing, analytics, and related tooling. We may add, remove, or modify features, channels, supported models, limits, or integrations as the product evolves.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, security abuse, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, credential theft, harmful automation, or any attempt to interfere with the service, bypass controls, or access data that you are not authorized to access.

Requests may be handled by third-party model providers, payment providers, and other service partners. Their availability, outputs, pricing inputs, and policies are outside our direct control, and your use of them may also be subject to their separate terms.

Paid usage is deducted from your organization's balance according to the pricing and credit rules shown in the product. Credits, bonuses, and promotional amounts may have separate conditions. You are responsible for applicable taxes, chargebacks, and payment disputes.

You retain responsibility for prompts, files, outputs, and other content you send through the service, including having a valid legal basis to process any personal or sensitive data. Do not rely on the service as legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, zero errors, or continued availability of any specific feature, model, or provider. We may suspend, throttle, or change the service when reasonably necessary.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, non-payment, security risk, legal exposure, or a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time, but outstanding fees and obligations still apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
